Black Pin Fed Spec shackles
Our black pin Fed Spec RR-C-271 shackles are high quality items which are supplied with an EC declaration of Conformity and are hard stamped with a batch number to ensure complete traceability right back to the original manufacturer. We hold a comprehensive range of sizes in both Bow and Dee configurations with a choice of screw or safety pin options.

Stainless Steel 316 and PH higher tensile shackles
A wide variety of stainless steel shackles are now available from Brindley Chains. These include screw and safety pin Dee and Bow type shackles in marine grade 316, and also higher tensile PH type stainless shackles which are available in much smaller sizes per kilo lifted compared to the 316 grade shackles.

Stainless Steel Chain Link Shackles
Our special 316 grade CLS chain link shackle is now proving to be very popular. This is particularly true in the water industry where it is important that the shackle is permanently attached to the chain used to lift the pump for service and inspection. An added feature of this shackle is that the screw pin has an elongated nose which is drilled to accept a split pin. This prevents the pin from working loose during use and becoming detached from the pump which is a common problem recognised throughout the water industry. These shackles are available exclusively through Brindley Chains and can be found in our shop.
